Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Part 1: Acceptable Use & Prohibited Use Policy
You understand and agree that the proxy and related network services provided by this platform are strictly limited to lawful and compliant business scenarios. We expressly prohibit any form of proxy abuse or high-risk use. Customers are strictly prohibited from using the Services (or assisting any third party in using them) for the following activities:
- 1. Multi-Account & Anti-Association Violations: Multi-account registration, bulk account creation, account warming, and social media marketing automation (e.g., bulk automated likes, follows, comments, or direct messages).
- 2. Traffic & Marketing Fraud: Ad fraud, click fraud, fake traffic generation, and other fraudulent marketing activities.
- 3. Web Scraping & Data Harvesting: Unauthorized crawling, malicious data scraping, circumventing anti-scraping mechanisms, and data harvesting that infringes data copyright or personal privacy.
- 4. Cybersecurity Attacks & Bypass: Circumventing platform risk-control strategies, bypassing geo-restrictions or access restrictions (Geofencing), and maliciously evading network security mechanisms.
- 5. Fraud & Malicious Activity: Spam registration, sending spam emails, phishing, credential stuffing, distributing malware or trojans, or engaging in other activities that damage systems or networks.
- 6. Other Prohibited Uses: Any use that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, violates the Terms of Service (ToS) of target platforms, or breaches applicable laws and regulations.
Part 2: Specific Scenario Restrictions (Bulk Registration for Cross-Border E-Commerce)
- 1. Scenario Definition: This platform expressly prohibits any scenario that aims to use the Services to circumvent the rules of cross-border e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, etc.), engage in large-scale fraudulent store openings, bulk account registrations, or fake operations.
- 2. Detection & Restriction Mechanism: If the system or risk-control team identifies relevant traffic patterns (e.g., high-concurrency registrations from a single IP, highly homogeneous requests, or specific IP ranges frequently triggering target platform risk controls), the platform will immediately take restrictive measures, including but not limited to: forced traffic interception, disconnection of proxy connections, restriction of API calls, and account banning.
Part 3: Abuse Detection & Enforcement
To maintain network security, stability, and fair use, we have established and enforce the following multi-dimensional abuse monitoring and enforcement mechanisms:
- 1. Traffic & Request Monitoring:
- 1.1 Rate & Concurrency Limits: The system monitors each customer's request rate (QPS) and concurrent connections in real time. Traffic exceeding reasonable thresholds will be dynamically throttled or temporarily blocked.
- 1.2 Anomalous Traffic Monitoring: We monitor for anomalous traffic patterns and intercept traffic exhibiting characteristics of malicious scanning, port probing, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- 1.3 Target Access Restrictions: Based on compliance requirements and blacklist policies, the platform will block customer access to specific high-risk, illegal, or prohibited target websites/domains.
- 2. Account & Risk Identification:
- 2.1 Association Detection: Using fingerprinting and behavioral analysis to identify relationships between accounts, IP addresses, and hardware devices to prevent organized fraud and abuse.
- 2.2 Risk Tiering: Risk scoring and tiered management based on customer history, traffic quality, and payment behavior.
- 3. Enforcement & Tracking:
- 3.1 Enforcement Actions: For customers who misuse the Services, the platform will take actions commensurate with the severity of the violation, including warnings, suspension of service, account freezing, or permanent termination.
- 3.2 Logging & Post-Incident Tracking: The platform strictly enforces log retention compliant with data protection regulations, recording necessary network transmission logs as required by law to support compliance investigations, post-incident tracking, and third-party complaint handling.
Part 4: Payment Security & Fraud Prevention (Payment Risk Control)
We are committed to providing a secure payment environment and have implemented the following card payment risk controls:
- 1. Mandatory 3DS Verification: 3D Secure (3DS) authentication is fully enabled for all transactions to verify the cardholder's identity and prevent credit card fraud.
- 2. Transaction & Behavioral Limits:
- 2.1 Transaction Limits: Per-transaction and periodic transaction limits are enforced.
- 2.2 Failed Transaction Interception: Repeated failed credit card payment requests are subject to frequency limits and interception to prevent malicious card validity testing (carding).
- 3. Fraud Interception & Alerts:
- 3.1 Blacklists & Anomaly Detection: High-risk cards and fraudsters are intercepted through blacklist mechanisms; anomalous orders are identified (e.g., significant mismatch between IP location and card issuing country).
- 3.2 Refund & Chargeback Alerts: A real-time monitoring model for refunds and chargebacks is established.
- 3.3 Manual Review: All transactions flagged as suspicious by the risk-control system must pass manual review by a risk-control officer before being processed.
Part 5: KYC & Facial Recognition Policy
We hereby clarify that this platform has not actually enabled or implemented KYC / Facial Recognition verification in its current business operations. References to such processes in the Privacy Policy are reserved clauses retained for potential future compliant identity verification use only.
Before any facial recognition or advanced KYC processes are actually triggered and enabled in the future, we will update the Privacy Policy in advance to clearly specify:
- 1. Triggering Scenarios (e.g., high-risk account appeals, large-order reviews, etc.).
- 2. Scope of Data Collected (e.g., legal identity documents, dynamic facial biometric data, etc.).
- 3. Retention Period (specifying a clear data retention period, with automatic and complete deletion upon expiry).
- 4. Data Protection Measures (e.g., encrypted storage, strict internal access controls, and security protocols to prevent data breaches).
